Marketing Manager

Thompson Solutions Group (TSG) is looking for a Marketing Manager who is both strategic and hands-on to help drive our brand growth and support our continued expansion. This role partners closely with leadership and business development to elevate our presence across key markets while building initiatives that directly support revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
• Strengthen and position TSG as a trusted, innovative solutions provider in key markets
• Collaborate with Business Development to support pipeline growth and key account expansion
• Lead proposal strategy, RFQs/RFPs, and pursuit marketing efforts
• Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all divisions and locations 
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including website strategy, SEO, and targeted campaigns
• Create compelling content such as project highlights, case studies, and industry insights 
• Track performance, analyze results, and continuously improve ROI-driven initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience (construction, engineering, or industrial experience preferred) 
• Experience supporting revenue growth and business development efforts
• Strong background in proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and multi-channel marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills with a sharp eye for messaging and design
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing/creative tools
• Willingness to travel to job sites and office locations as needed
