We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to bring the Thompson Solutions Group story to life. Under the guidance of our Executive Communications & Marketing Manager, you’ll be a driving force behind our brand—building visual content, maintaining our online presence, and connecting with our teams across job sites to showcase the amazing work we do every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Design unique, high-quality marketing and branding content for both internal and external audiences.
• Develop and manage engaging content across our social media platforms—responding to users and keeping the conversation going.
• Maintain our website and ensure all content is up to date and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate across teams to create jobsite materials, trade show collateral, and client-facing visuals.
• Capture and produce photo and video content from active job sites for use in job profiles and social campaigns.
• Conduct market research and simplify complex data into user-friendly graphics and formats.
• Manage vendor relationships with designers, printers, and other promotional partners.
• Coordinate company swag, promotional materials, and marketing giveaways.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field — or an associate’s degree combined with two years of relevant experience.
• A strong eye for design and a creative mindset with excellent time management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design tools, and WordPress.
• Strong writing and communication skills with a flair for social media engagement.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to TSG job sites as needed.
• Comfortable navigating construction sites and capturing content in a variety of environments.
